HNL Relocates in Lahore
Work and the workplace, fill a large part of our life. Most of us utilize eight hours of our precious time every day working for our employers, sometimes exhausting, sometimes fun but, routine stays the same. Studies have proved that the ambiance of the workplace plays a pivotal role in the quality of the work of employees.
A good workplace not only results in good quality work but, also a well satisfied and stress-free employee. We at HNL believe that our employees are our family and therefore, their health and happiness is of utmost importance to us. Thus, we have laid down efforts to provide our team a comfortable and soothing work environment by setting up a new and state-of-the-art workplace in the heart of Lahore.
Previously, our staff in Lahore was distributed in three main offices. Two being in Gulberg and the third one right adjacent to our overhauling workshop and diesel generator assembling facility at 21 km Ferozepur Road, Lahore. In order to bring all the departments together and promote a better communicating work environment, we decided to bring the family together under one roof.
On 1st March 2021, all the members of the HNL Lahore team moved to Divine Gardens Commercial Arcade for their official activities. Since then, punctuality has increased, KPIs are improving and internal processes have become more efficient.
