These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HNL Technologies (Private) Limited ("HNL", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company duly registered under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HNL'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HNL and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through our Services.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

HNL only responds to legal requests, notices, and communications that are:

• Applicable to local Pakistani laws
• Received from governing authorities with proper jurisdiction
• Submitted through established official channels of communication
• Accompanied by proper legal documentation and authority

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Modifications to Terms

HNL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
